ثم جاء المبحث الثاني وفيه مطالب خمسة أيضا: المطلب الأول: توثيق نسبة الكتاب إلى المؤلف ، المطلب الثانى : أهمية الكتاب وقيمته العلمية ، المطلب الثالث : منهج المؤلف وأسلوبه في الكتاب ، المطلب الرابع : المصادر التي اعتمد عليها المؤلف المطلب الخامس : المصطلحات المتداولة بين فقهاء الحنفية ، ثم جاء القسم الثاني وهو الجزء المحقق ، ثم الخاتمة والتوصيات والفهارس.
The dissertation has two parts. The first section is devoted to study, which is one chapter after the introduction. There are two sections in the chapter. The first section: The name and lineage of the Imam. The second section: His birth and upbringing. The third requirement: His travels, his travels, his sheikhs, and his students. The fourth requirement: His doctrine, his academic standing, and the praise of scholars for him. The fifth requirement: His scientific influences and his death - may God have mercy on him. Then came the second section, which also includes five requirements: The first requirement: Documenting the attribution of the book to the author. The second requirement: The importance of the book and its scientific value. The third requirement: The author’s approach and style in the book. The fourth requirement: The sources on which the author relied. The fifth topic: terminology circulating among Hanafi jurists. Then came the second section, which is the investigated part, then the conclusion, recommendations, and indexes.
