هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع العلاقات الخليجية الإسرائيلية في ضوء المتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية خلال الفترة من 1990-2011 وذلك من خلال تحديد أثر التغيرات الدولية مثل انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي، والغزو الأمريكي للعراق، وغيرها من المتغيرات الدولية الأخرى على تطوير العلاقات الإسرائيلية الخليجية والتعرف على أثر التغيرات الإقليمية حرب الخليج الثانية، والعدوان الإسرائيلي على لبنان 2006 وغيرها من المتغيرات الإقليمية على تطوير العلاقات الإسرائيلية الخليجية، إلى جانب توضيح مستقبل العلاقات الإسرائيلية الخليجية، طبقاً للمتغيرات الدولية والإقليمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن معظم المتغيرات والمستجدات التي شاهدتها الساحة الإقليمية والدولية ساهمت في تحسين وتحفيز العلاقات الخليجية الإسرائيلية وإيجاد الكثير من النقاط المشتركة بينهما، كما ساهم التقارب الخليجي الإسرائيلي والالتقاء في الكثير من النقاط والمواقف في إيجاد أرضية مشتركة تنطلق منها العلاقات بين الطرفين لتتجه نحو المزيد من التطبيع والتفاهم والتنسيق بشكل غير مسبوق وأحيانا كثيرة في العلن.

The current study aimed to identify the reality of Gulf-Israeli relations in light of regional and international changes during the period from 1990-2011, by determining the impact of international changes such as the collapse of the Soviet Union, the American invasion of Iraq, and Other international variables on the development of Israeli-Gulf relations and learning about the impact of regional changes, the Second Gulf War, the Israeli aggression against Lebanon in 2006 and other regional variables on the development of relations. Israeli-Gulf relations, in addition to clarifying the future of Israeli-Gulf relations, according to international and regional changes. The study concluded that most of the changes and developments witnessed in the regional and international arena contributed to improving and stimulating Gulf-Israeli relations. And finding many common points between them, and the Gulf-Israeli rapprochement and convergence on many points and positions contributed to finding a common ground from which relations between the two parties could start and move towards greater normalization, understanding and coordination in an unprecedented manner and often in public.
