سعت الدراسة لتحقيق هدف رئيسي يتمثل في توضيح كل من التداعيات السياسية والاقتصادية للحرب الروسية الأوكرانية وكيف أدارت الدولة المصرية الآثار السياسية للحرب الروسية الأوكرانية إضافةً إلى كيف أدارت الدولة المصرية الآثار الاقتصادية الناجمة عن الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية.وقد استخدمت الدراسة عدة مناهج بحثية منها النظرية الواقعية الكلاسيكية وذلك لكونها من أكثر النظريات ارتباطًا بالواقع الدولي، وأكثرها تفسيرًا لأوضاعه، وقد تم تدعيم ذلك بالرجوع إلى النظرية الواقعية لمورجنثاو والتي تتحدد في فكرتين رئيسيتين، وهما فكرة المصلحة وفكرة القوة، حيث إن القوة السياسة والتي تشير لها النظرية الواقعية تتحدد في قدرة التأثير النسبي والذي تقوم به الدول في علاقتها المتبادلة، فهي بعيدة كل البعد عن العنف بكافة أنماطه سواء المادية أو العسكرية، والتي تعد بمثابة نطاق واسع وممتد للعديد من التغيرات سواء المادية أو غير المادية. وخرجت الدراسة بنتائج من أهمها أن الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية هي دليل على أن العالم من دول ومنظمات دولية، يتعاملون بمعايير مزدوجة مع المتغيرات والأحداث المتشابهة التي تحدث في العالم، إذ أنه في البداية كان العالم صامتًا اتجاه التعديات العسكرية والمسلحة التي تتم في مختلفة بقاع العالم، ولكن مع وجود حرب في المنطقة الأوروبية بدأت تهدد أمن وسلامة القارة، ظهرت كل المجهودات والاصوات الممكنة التي تدين هذه الحرب وتدعو لضرورة وقفها.

The study sought to clarify both the political and economic repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian war and how the Egyptian state dealt with the political and economic consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The study used several research methods, including the classical realist theory, because it is one of the most relevant theories related to the international reality and the most explanatory of its situation. This was supported by reference to Morgenthau's realist theory, which is determined by two main ideas, the idea of interest and the idea of power, as the political power that the realist theory refers to, is defined by the relative influence that states have in their mutual relationship, it is far from violence in all its forms, whether material or military, which is considered a wide and extended scope for many changes, whether material or non-material. The study came up with results, the most significant of which is that the Russian-Ukrainian war is evidence that the world, including countries and international organizations, deal with double standards with similar variables and events that occur in the world, as at first the world was silent towards the military and armed encroachments that take place in various parts of the world, but with the existence of a war in the European region that began to threaten the security and safety of the continent, all possible efforts and calls to condemn this war and call for the need to end it.
