يعتبر التنفيذ الأمثل لتطبيق منهجيات التحسين على المنشآت الصناعية بمثابة صمام الأمان لأى منشأة صناعية والذى يضمن بدوره استمرارية المنشأة فى تحقيق معدلات أعلى للربحية عن طريق التقليل المستمر فى التكلفة مع ضمان جودة المنتج المطلوبة للعميل. ويعتبر لهذا التطبيق أهمية قصوى حيث أن عدم الاهتمام به يؤدى الى فشل المنشأة الصناعية مع عدم الاستمرارية ومن هنا جاءت أهمية هذه الرسالة. يتمثل الهدف من هذه الدراسة الميدانية فى " أثر تطبيق منهجيات التحسين على أداء منظومة سلاسل الإمداد في المنظمات الصناعية " ولتحقيق الهدف قام الباحث بوضع مجموعة من الفروض وتم اختبار مدى صحتها، حيث قام الباحث بإعداد قائمة استقصاء وذلك بالاعتماد على المقاييس المستخدمة فى الدراسات السابقة لقياس كل بعد من أبعاد الدراسة.وقد اعتمد الباحث في الحصول على البيانات اللازمة للدراسة الميدانية لمجتمع الدراسة على منهجية الحصر الشامل واستخدم قائمة الاستقصاء وقد قام بإعداد القائمة في شكل عبارات وإستفسارات يُمكن من خلالها دراسة وتحليل الردود عليها لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وإختبار فروضها، وقد بلغ حجم العينة n= 106 من أصل المجتمع البالغ (N= 130 ) وقد تم توزيع عدد (130) استمارة استقصاء على مفردات المجتمع. وبعد تجميع استمارات الاستقصاء ومراجعتها، قام الباحث بترميز عبارات الاستقصاء داخل كل بعد من أبعاد الدراسة وإعطاء الوزن الترجيحي طبقًا لمقياس ليكرت المتدرج الخماسي.نظراً لوجود العديد من القيود التي تمنع الوصول إلى مجتمع الدراسة بأكمله ومنها كبر حجم مجتمع الدراسة والوقت والتكلفة لذا اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على أسلوب العينات لجمع البيانات الأولية واعتمد الباحث على أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية.يتمثل مجتمع الدراسة الذي حدده الباحث بالتطبيق على العاملين بالمشروعات الصناعية الذين يمتلكون المعرفة الكافية فيما يتعلق بموضوع البحث, قام الباحث بتفريغ الردود على الأسئلة بجداول البيانات وتم تحليلها واستخلاص النتائج من خلال تطبيق بعض الاساليب الاحصائية الواردة بحزمة البرامج الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية المعروفة اختصارا باسم (SPSS).

Optimal implementation of improvement methodologies in industrial facilities is a safety path for any industrial facility, ensuring the facility's continued success in achieving higher profitability rates through continuous cost reduction while ensuring the customer's desired product quality. This application is of utmost importance, as failure to do so can lead to the failure of the industrial facility and its lack of sustainability, hence the importance of this thesis.The objective of this field study is " The effect of applying improvement methodologies on the chain of participation chains in industrial organizations." To achieve the objective, the researcher developed a set of studies and tested their validity. The researcher prepared a survey list based on the criteria used in previous studies to measure each of the dimensions of the study.In obtaining the data needed for the field study of the study community, the researcher relied on a comprehensive inventory method and used the survey list. The list was prepared in the form of expressions and inquiries, through which responses to the survey could be studied and analysed to achieve the study objectives and to test the fees. The sample (n=106), of the adult population (N=130), was distributed to the community. After the survey forms were compiled and reviewed, the researcher encoded the survey phrases within each dimension of the study and gave weight to a five-step lker scale.In view of the many constraints preventing access to the entire school community, including the large size, time and cost of the study community, the researcher relied on the sampling method to collect primary data and the researcher relied on the random class sample method.The study community identified by the researcher is the application to those working in national mega-projects who has sufficient knowledge of the subject matter of research. The researcher unpacked the answers to the questions with the data tables and analyzed them and drew conclusions by applying some of the statistical methods contained in the social science statistical software package known as SPSS.
