تطوير إدارة رياض الأطفال في ضوء مدخل الإرجونوميكا(هندسة العوامل البشرية) وخبرات بعض الدول المتقدمة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) فرد من الهيكل الإداري برياض الأطفال، واشتملت أدوات الدارسة على استمارة استطلاع رأي لمعرفة أهم المشكلات التي تواجه إدارة رياض الأطفال، واستبيان لرصد الواقع الفعلي برياض الأطفال في ضوء مجالات مدخل الإرجونوميكا، ومقابلة موجهة للهيكل الإداري برياض الأطفال في ضوء مجالات مدخل الإرجونوميكا، وأسفرت النتائج عن وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير إدارة رياض الأطفال في ضوء مدخل الإرجونوميكا وخبرات بعض الدول المتقدمة.
