مع التطور الكبير في مجال نظريات واستراتيجيات الميزة التنافسية ووجود صعوبة في المنافسة في مجال الصحة مع الجهات الأخرى ومع وجود مصطلح البيانات الضخمة كأحد أدوات التحليل والتحسين والتطوير فان هدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفه دور التحول الرقمي البيانات الضخمة وتأثيره على الميزة التنافسية لأداء المؤسسات الطبية الجامعية وذلك (بالتطبيق على المعهد القومي للأورام – جامعه القاهرة) وسوف نقوم بدراسة تأثير ابعاد البيانات الضخمة (حجم وتنوع البيانات، القيمة وموثوقية البيانات، سرعة استقبال واستيعاب المتغيرات من البيانات) حيث جاءت في الدراسات السابقه بان لها بتأثيرها الكبير وذلك على ابعاد الميزة التنافسية (التكلفة، تحسين الجودة، المرونة ) محل المشكلة الدراسية من خلال استبيان وقد تكونت عينه الدراسة من 164 من العاملين بالمعهد من مختلف الاعمار والشهادات والخبرات والمراحل التعلمية والإدارات وقد اظهرت النتائج ما يلي ان هناك علاقة ايجابيه ومؤثره لدور البيانات الضخمة على الميزة التنافسية في أداء المؤسسات الطبيه الجامعية أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين متطلبات تطبيق التحول الرقمي مجمعة، وتحسين مستوى أداء الخدمة المقدمة داخل المستشفيات الطبيه الجامعية كما أوصت الدراسة في نهايتها بضرورة الإسراع في المشروع القومي للتحول الرقمي الذي يُعد من أهم أدوات تحقيق ميزه تنافسيه وتطوير بيئة العمل الحكومي وتقديم خدمات إلكترونية وتسهيل الخدمات المقدمة بالجودة المطلوبة ومرونة في تقديمها وبأسعار مقبول للعامة

With the great development in the field of theories and strategies of competitive advantage and the presence of difficulty in competing in the field of health with other parties and with the existence of the term big data as one of the tools for analysis, improvement and development, the aim of this study is to know the role of digital transformation big data and its impact on the competitive advantage of the performance of University Medical Institutions – We will study the impact of the dimensions of big data (the size and diversity of data, the value and reliability of data, the speed of reception and assimilation of variables from data), as it was stated in previous studies that it has a significant impact on the dimensions of competitive advantage (cost, quality improvement, flexibility) the study problem was solved through a questionnaire the sample of the study consisted of 164 the most important of which is a strong correlation between the application requirements At the end of the study, the study also recommended the need to accelerate the National Digital Transformation Project, which is one of the most important tools to achieve a competitive advantage, develop the government work environment, provide electronic services and facilitate the services provided with the required quality and flexibility in providing them at acceptable prices to the public
