هدفت الرسالة الوقوف على مفهوم إدارة الأزمة، ومراحلها، وإستراتيجياتها وملامح جائحة كورونا وأهم ممارسات الدول في مواجهتها في المؤسسات التعليمية وتوضيح طبيعة مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمصر وأهم أهدافها– واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بشقيه الكمي والكيفي، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: وضع تصور مقترح لإدارة الأزمة في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمصر في ضوء أبرز الممارسات العالمية ونتائج الدراسة الميدانية والإطار النظري ومقترحات القادة، ويتضمن التصور: أهدافه، متطلباته آليات تنفيذه، آليات تقويمه، وتشجيع مؤسسات رياض الأطفال الخاصة للطلاب وجميع العاملين بها لاتخاذ الاجراءات الوقائية اليومية التي تساعد في عدم انتشار فيروس كورونا.

The thesis aimed to identify the concept of crisis management, its stages, strategies, features of the Corona pandemic, the most important practices of countries in confronting it in educational institutions and clarify the nature of kindergarten institutions in Egypt and their most important objectives - and the study used the descriptive approach in both quantitative and qualitative parts, and the results of the study reached to: Develop a proposed vision for crisis management in kindergarten institutions in Egypt in the light of the most prominent international practices, the results of the field study, the theoretical framework and the proposals of leaders, and the perception includes: Its objectives, requirements, implementation mechanisms, evaluation mechanisms, and encouraging private kindergarten institutions for students and all their employees to take daily preventive measures that help prevent the spread of the Corona virus.
