تتناول هذه الدراسة البحث حول حماية الموارد المائيى بين الشريعة والقانون موارزنة ، وقد قسمتها إلى ثلاث فصول يسبقهم فصل تمهيدى عن حقيقة الموارد المائية وأهميتها في حياتنا .
وقد خصصت الفصل الأول للحديث عن الموارد المائية وحقيقتها من حيث تعريفها وأنواعها من مصادر طبيعية وغير طبيعية وأهميتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية.
وخصصت الفصل الثانى للحديث عن حماية الشريعة الإسلامية للمواراد المائية وعن أهم القواعد والضوابط الفقهية التي عنيت بحماية الماء وعن أهم حقوق الارتفاق المتعلقه بالماء.
وخصصت الفصل الثالث للحديث عن الحماية القانونية للموارد المائية وعن القانون الدولي المصرى و المباديء و الأهداف التي عنيت بالماء.
وخصصت الفصل الرابع عن اجراءات الحماية الموارد المائية بين الشريعة والقانون موازنة بينهما ، وموقف الشريعة من التعدى علي الماء، وعن عقوبة التعدى علي الماء في القانون وقد خلصت الدراسة إالي نتائج من أهمها، سبق الشريعة الإسلامية في الدعوة لحماية الموارد المائية، وأنها اساس المبادي التي بني عليها القانون أحكامه في حماية الموارد المائية

The first chapter was devoted to talking about water resources and their reality in terms of their definition, types of natural and unnatural sources, and their economic, social and political importance.
The second chapter was devoted to talking about Islamic law’s protection of water resources, the most important jurisprudential rules and regulations concerned with water protection, and the most important easement rights related to water.
The third chapter was devoted to talking about the legal protection of water resources, Egyptian international law, and the principles and goals concerned with water.
The fourth chapter was devoted to the measures to protect water resources between Sharia and the law, a balance between them, the position of Sharia on infringement on water, and the punishment for trespassing on water in the law, The study concluded with results, the most important of which are that Islamic Sharia preceded the call for the protection of water resources, and that it is the basis of the principles upon which it was built. The law has provisions for the protection of water resources.
