جاء موضوع البحث في: مقدمة، وتمهيد، وبابين؛ أما المقدمة فاشتملت على التعريف بأسباب اختيار الموضوع، وأهميته، وإشكاليته، وتساؤلاته، وأهدافه، ومنهجه، والدراسات السابقة، وخطته، وأما التمهيد فعرضت فيه مفهوم التفسير الفقهي وقواعده، ونشأته، وتطوره، وأهميته، وذكر علماء الحنفية والإباضية في القرن الرابع الهجري، وتكلمت في إطلالة موجزة عن الحواري العماني، والجصاص الحنفي، وفي الباب الأول تكلمت عن قواعد التفسير بين الحنفية والإباضية، وذلك من خلال فصول ثلاثة، الفصل الأول: ذكرت فيه الاحتكام إلى اللغة، وفي الثاني: الاحتكام إلى القواعد الأصولية، وفي الثالث: الاحتكام إلى مقاصد الشريعة، وفي الباب الثاني ذكرت نماذج من التفسير الفقهي ثم الخاتمة ضمنتها أهم نتائج البحث وأهم توصياته.

The research topic was presented in: an introduction, a preface, and two chapters. As for the introduction, it included an introduction to the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance, its problem, its questions, its goals, its approach, previous studies, and its plan. As for the introduction, it presented the concept of jurisprudential interpretation and its rules, its origins, development, and importance, and mentioned the Hanafi and Ibadi scholars in the fourth century AH, and I spoke in A brief overview of Al-Hawari Al-Omani and Al-Jassas Al-Hanafi, and in the first chapter I talked about the rules of interpretation between the Hanafi and Ibadi schools, through three chapters. The first chapter: I mentioned resorting to the language, In the second: resorting to fundamentalist rules, and in the third: resorting to the objectives of Sharia. In the second chapter, examples of jurisprudential interpretation were mentioned, then the conclusion included the most important results of the research and its most important recommendations.
