خلصت الدراسة إلى تقييم دور المعالجة الإعلامية في استقرار منطقة الشرق الأوسط وذلك من خلال استعراض تأثير البعد الأزموى الذى فرضته آليات التنافس للإستيلاء على مصادر الطاقة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط على مختلف تبعياتها ومناطق تواجدها، وذلك في إطار تحليل نظرى لبيان الدور الهام الذى لعبته وسائل الإعلام من خلال المعالجات التي أدت إلى إندلاع كثير من الأزمات جعلت من المنطقة مسرحاً كبيراً لأدوار التنافس والصراع على مصادر ثروات الطاقة المتمثلة في البترول والغاز ومؤخراً المعادن الثمينة كالذهب والنحاس على سبيل المثال لا الحصر مما أدى إلى تحول المنطقة إلى بؤر ساخنة أدت بمصير بعض الدول حيث تحولت دول مركزية مستقرة إلى دول مفككه فاشلة وقابلة للتقسيم طبقاً لأهداف وإرادة مديرى الأزمة والصراع.
