إن اللغات هى الجسر الذى يمكنه أن يربط بين جميع الحضارات و المجتمعات المختلفة. وهى رمز التعبير عن مكنونات الصدر. فبدون اللغات لن نتمكن من فهم الآخر و لن نتمكن من التعبير عن النفس . و حتى نتمكن من تعلم لغات جديدة بطريقة صحيحة, يجب علينا أولآ أن ننطق لغتنا الأم بطريقة صحيحة تمامآ.
وبذلك يتضح لنا أن طريقة النطق الصحيحة هى الجزء الأهم فى أى لغة فى العالم. و لأن كلآ من اللغتين العربية و الصينية تعتبران لغتان من أهم و أصعب اللغات فى العالم , فبالتأكيد سوف يتوجب على دارسى كلتا اللغتان أن يتمكنوا من نطقهما بشكل صحيح حتى يتمكنوا من أن يكونوا هم الجسر الراسخ الذى يمكن للشعبان المرور من خلاله.
و من هذا المنطلق سوف يتناول موضوع رسالتى كلا من النغمات الصينية و رموز التشكيل فى اللغة العربية و قدرة كلا منهما على التأثير فى معنى الكلمة بشكل خاص و الجملة بشكل عام . إيمانآ منى أن هذان الجانبان هما أساس النطق الصحيح لكلآ من اللغتين . فى محاولة للوصول الى أوجه الشبه و الإختلاف بين الجانبين.و سوف يكون هذا من خلال أولآ التعريف بالنغمات الصوتية فى اللغة الصينية بشكل مفصل للغاية عن طريق التعريف بنشأتها و مراحل تطورها و التعريف بأنواعها و هو الجزء الاكثر أهمية, لأنه هو الجزء الذى سوف نتمكن من خلاله من الإنتقال الى مدى تأثير تغيير هذة النغمات فى معنى الجملة الصينية. ثم سننتقل الى الجزء الخاص باللغة العربية و سوف نقوم بالتعريف برموز التشكيل فى اللغة العربية بشكل مفصل عن طريق أيضآ التعريف بنشأتها و مراحل تطورها و أنواعها وكيفية وضع رموز التشكيل على الحروف فى اللغة العربية و تأثير ذلك على إعراب الكلمة داخل الجملة العربية. و هو الجزء الذى سنتمكن من خلاله من فهم تأثير هذة الرموز على تغيير معنى الكلمة فى الجملة العربية . و من خلال هذا الشرح المفصل لكلآ من الجانبين . سنتمكن من الوصول الى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيسى للدراسة و هو ما إذا كانت النغمات الصوتية فى اللغة الصينية و رموز التشكيل فى اللغة العربية وجهان لعملة واحدة أم لا؟ .
و عندما نصل الى هذة الإجابة سوف نكون قد تمكنا من تحقيق الهدف الرئيسى للدراسة و هو مساعدة دارسين اللغة الصينية فى مصر و البلاد العربية فيما بعد على فهم اللغة الصينية و نطقها بشكل مبسط أكثر إذا تم ربطها برموز التشكيل فى اللغة العربية و الذى يجب ان يكونوا بدورهم يعرفونها بشكل جيد. أيضآ يمكننا مساعدة دارسين اللغة العربية فى الصين على نطق و فهم رموز التشكيل بشكل أبسط إذا ما تم ربطها بالنغمات الصينية.

Languages are the bridge that can connect all different civilizations and societies. Without languages we will not be able to understand the other and we will not be able to express ourselves. To be able to learn new languages correctly, we must first speak our mother tongue in the correct way.so, it is clear to us that the correct pronunciation is the most important part of any language in the world. Because both Arabic and Chinese are considered to be one of the most difficult languages in the world, learners of both languages will have to be able to speak correctly so that they can be the firm bridge which the two peoples can pass through. From this point of view, the topic of my thesis will be both the Chinese tones and the symbols of formation in the Arabic language and their ability to influence the meaning of the word in particular and the sentence in general. I believe that these two sides are the basis for correct pronunciation of both languages. In an attempt to reach the similarities and differences between the two sides. This will be through the first definition of sound tones in Chinese language in a very detailed way, and the definition of the development and definition of their types. This is the most important part, because it is the part in which we can move to the extent to which the change of these tones affects the meaning of the Chinese sentence. Then we will move on to the section of Arabic language. We will define the symbols of the Arabic language in detailed way by also defining its origin, stages of development and types, and how to place symbols on the characters in the Arabic language. And the effect on the expression of the word in the Arabic sentence. And this is the part which we can understand the effect of these symbols to change the meaning of the word in the Arabic sentence through. And through this detailed explanation of each side. We will be able to reach the answer to the main question of the study, whether the phonetic tones in Chinese language and the symbols in Arabic are two sides of one coin or not?
When we reach this answer we will be able to achieve the main objective of the study. Which is, help Chinese language learners in Egypt and the Arab countries later understand the Chinese language and pronounce it more simplistically, if it is linked to the symbols of formation in the Arabic language, which they should know well. We can also help Arabic language learners in China to pronounce and understand the Arabic language more simply if they linked it to the Chinese tones. And if the answer to this question is no , we will have helped the students of the two languages to understand the nature of each of the tones in the Chinese language and the symbols of formation in the Arabic language, which will help them remove the obvious confusion among the new and old students as well.
