تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحليل الدلالي لمادة الدراسة المراد بحثها، وقد اخترت فترة صدر الإسلام، عصر الخلفاء الراشدين رضي الله عنهم، تتناول هذه الدراسة الوصايا التي وجهها الخلفاء الراشدون إلى ولاة أمورهم في إدارة شئون البلاد والعباد، وذلك في سياق الفترة التي تلت النبوة، حيث كانت هذه الفترة حافلة بالأحداث والتحديات، وكان الخلفاء يعتمدون على القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة في توجيههم، مستفدين من كونهم شهداء على الوحي الإلهي، فهذه الدراسة تهدف إلى استكشاف الدلالات الكامنة في النصوص التي تتناول وصايا الخلفاء، وذلك من خلال تطبيق الأدوات الدلالية، حيث إن الدراسة الدلالية تسعى إلى كشف الشفرات والمعاني المستترة في النصوص؛ لفهم المقاصد الحقيقة التي أراد أصحابها إيصالها، وسنقوم بتحليل مختلف الأساليب اللغوية المستخدمة في الوصايا، سواء كانت إنشائية أو خبرية، وتحديد الأسباب التي تجعل هذه الأساليب هي السائدة في هذا النوع من النصوص، كما سنركز على دراسة الأسلوب الأكثر شيوعا في الوصايا، بالأضافة إلى تحليل المشتقات والمصادر اللغوية المستخدمة فيها، وسنختم بدراسة الحقول الدلالية التي تظهر في الوصايا والعلاقات الدلالية الناتجة عنها

"Since semantic analysis aims to uncover the hidden codes and meanings within texts, in order to understand the true intentions of their authors, we will analyze the various linguistic styles used in the counsels, whether they are imperative or declarative. We will also identify the reasons why these styles are prevalent in this type of text. Furthermore, we will focus on studying the most common style in the counsels, as well as analyzing the derivatives and linguistic sources used therein. Finally, we will conclude with a study of the semantic fields that appear in the counsels and the resulting semantic relations."
