تهدف الدراسة بشكل رئيسى إلى الكشف عن مظاهر الاستثمار البشرى ضمن منظومة الحماية الاجتماعية في ضوء مبادرة "حياة كريمة"؛ ويتحقق ذلك من خلال رصد الأوضاع المعيشية للقرى المُستهدفة من مبادرة "حياة كريمة"، وتوصيف أنماط الاستثمار البشرى في كل من (المجال الخدمي، والمجال التعليمي، والمجال الصحي) في نطاق تطبيق المبادرة، وتقييم دور التطبيقات التكنولوجية في المبادرة، والكشف عن دور مخرجات مبادرة "حياة كريمة" في توطين أهداف التنمية المستدامة، والكشف عن تقييم المستفيدين للمبادرة، وأخيراً اقتراح إطار عمل استراتيجى لتدعيم جهود مبادرة "حياة كريمة".
اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على الأدوات البحثية التالية: (استمارة الاستبيان، ومقياس الرضا عن مبادرة "حياة كريمة"؛ بالإضافة إلى دليل المقابلة، والصور، والأشكال التوضيحية) في جمع المادة الميدانية. وتوصلت الدراسة فى النهاية إلى أن تنمية القرى المصرية في ظل المبادرة الرئاسية "حياة كريمة" تجعلها من أهم المبادرات الحيوية في قطاعات الحماية الاجتماعية التي تستهدف تنمية الثروة البشرية، وتعزيز البنية التحتية للريف المصري فى إطار تنفيذ رؤية تنموية واضحة تضع العنصر البشرى كأولوية فى التنمية، حيث أحدثت المشروعات المنفذة في المرحلة الأولي للمبادرة تغييرًا نوعيًا في الأوضاع التنموية بالقرى المستهدفة، كما ساهمت المبادرة فى إحداث التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية فى الريف المصرى؛ مما أدى إلى زيادة قدرة المجتمعات الريفية المستهدفة على الصمود، بالإضافة إلى إدراج المبادرة الرئاسية "حياة كريمة" ضمن أفضل الممارسات التنموية ومسرعات أهداف التنمية المستدامة على منصة الأمم المتحدة، نظرًا لإحداثها تغييراً ارتقائيًا مخططًا لأوضاع القرية المصرية اقتصادياً واجتماعيًا وثقافياً ومؤسسياً.

The study aims mainly to reveal the manifestations of human investment within the social protection system in light of the "Decent Life" Initiative (Haya Karima). This is achieved by monitoring the living conditions of the villages targeted by the "Decent Life" initiative, describing the patterns of human investment in each of the (service, education, and health) sectors within the scope of the initiative, evaluating the role of technological applications in the initiative, revealing the role of the "Decent Life" initiative's outputs in localizing the sustainable development goals, assessing the beneficiaries' evaluation of the initiative, and finally by proposing a strategic framework to support the efforts of the "Decent Life" initiative. The current study relied on the following research tools: (The questionnaire and The measure of satisfaction with the "Decent Life" Initiative; in addition to the interview guide, pictures and illustrations) in collecting field material. In the end, the research concluded that The development of Egyptian villages under the presidential "Decent Life" initiative makes it one of the most important vital initiatives in the social protection sectors that aim to develop human wealth and strengthen the infrastructure of the Egyptian countryside within the framework of implementing a clear development vision that places the human element as a priority in development. The projects implemented in the first phase of the initiative have made a qualitative change in the development conditions of the targeted villages. The initiative has also contributed to achieving economic and social development in the Egyptian countryside, which has led to an increase in the resilience of the targeted rural communities. In addition, the presidential "Decent Life" initiative has been included among the best development practices and accelerators of the Sustainable Development Goals on the United Nations platform, given that it has made a planned upward change in the economic, social, cultural, and institutional conditions of the Egyptian village.
