It focuses on the need to use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and achieve strategic objectives, while considering the benefits for different stakeholders. Despite existing research on performance indicators at the implementation level, the study calls for the development of balanced indicators at the organizational level. The study provides recommendations to improve project management through the application of appropriate performance indicators and effective communication with stakeholders.
