الدراسة تتناول الأيدولوجية ومدلولها الدستوري، عبر دراسة الأيدولوجيات الدينية باعتبارها بداية التنظير الأيدلوجي في الفكر الإنساني في إطار يرتكز بالأساس علي الأيدولوجيات الحية منها أو التي كان لتطور حياتها أثر علي الأيدولوجيات المعاصرة، ثم دراسة الحالة الثورية وأثرها علي النظم والقوانين الدستورية باعتبارها مرحلة انتقالية، وحالة وسيطة بين تغيرات اجتماعية كبري في التاريخ الإنساني، يليه دراسة الحركة الدستورية في مصر عقب ثورة 1952, حتي دساتير ما بعد ثورة يناير2011، وذلك عبر إطار من التفسيرات الفقهية والقضائية للنصوص الدستورية وتعديلاتها.

The study deals with ideology and its constitutional meaning, through the study of religious ideologies as the beginning of ideological theorizing in human thought in a framework that is based mainly on living ideologies, including those that have had an Effect on the development of their lives on contemporary ideologies Then study the revolutionary situation and its Effect on systems and laws as a transitional stage, and an intermediate state between major social changes in human history, by reviewing the philosophy that contributes to building every ideology. Then the Effect of that ideology on, firstly, the form of the state and the system of government, secondly the economic system, and finally individual rights and freedoms, followed by the study of the constitutional movement in Egypt after the 1952 revolution, whose features were crystallized through the 56-64 constitution. Then the 1971 constitution, which ended up being repealed.And in a complementary framework until the constitutions after the January 2011 revolution, through a framework of jurisprudential and judicial interpretations of constitutional texts. Then discuss the impact of the current hegemony of capitalist ideology and its Effect on constitutions of a social nature, especially the Egyptian constitution
