Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Cardiology Summary: Background: The optimal revascularization strategy of NSTEACS patients with multivessel disease is still uncertain. Objectives: Compare short-term outcomes in terms of MACCE of 3 different coronary revascularization strategies in patients with NSTEACS and multivessel coronary artery disease: (Total) versus (staged) versus FFR guided coronary revascularization (FFR). Methods: Our study is a prospective study done on ninety patients presented to kobri al kobba military medical complex by chest pain and was diagnosed as NSTEACS in the period between July 2016 to March 2017. Results: After 6 months follow-up (MACCE) in the three groups we found that there was no statistically significant difference between them. Conclusions: FFR changed patient management, and overall, revascularization was reduced. We finally assume that a larger study with longer follow up period is needed to determine the preferred strategy for NSTEACS patient with multivessel disease
