Smart home has become not only a term but also a radical solution to wasting energy and resources and a saving tool for countries in general and developing countries in particular. Since smart systems differ from one country to another and from one culture to another, and the financial capacity of each country, there has become a general and basic problem facing the implementation of the idea of the smart home for all countries in general and developing countries in particular. The study aims to reach the protocols for the application of smart technologies for middle-income earners in this thesis through an organized methodology which is a checklist to ensure that the minimum elements of smart applications have been achieved in the home to become under the umbrella of the idea of the smart home. Also, to reduce the actual costs of implementing smart home systems today and save in the long term in the future

أصبح المنزل الذكي ليس مصطلحًا فحسب ، بل أصبح أيضًا حلاً جذريًا لإهدار الطاقة والموارد وأداة توفير للبلدان بشكل عام والبلدان النامية على وجه الخصوص. بما أن الأنظمة الذكية تختلف من دولة إلى أخرى ومن ثقافة إلى أخرى والقدرة المالية لكل دولة ، فقد أصبحت هناك مشكلة عامة وأساسية تواجه تطبيق فكرة المنزل الذكي لجميع الدول بشكل عام والدول النامية خاصه. و تهدف الدراسة إلى الوصول إلى بروتوكولات تطبيق التقنيات الذكية لذوي الدخل المتوسط في هذه الرسالة من خلال منهجية منظمة وهي قائمة تدقيق للتأكد من تحقيق الحد الأدنى من عناصر التطبيقات الذكية في المنزل لتصبح تحت مظلة فكرة المنزل الذكي. أيضًا لتقليل التكاليف الفعلية لتنفيذ أنظمة المنزل الذكي اليوم وتوفيرها على المدى الطويل في المستقبل
