Among the most important factors in deciding the performance of a computerized system is the cache performance and particularly the cache miss rate.One way to reduce the cache miss rate is to place procedures in memory in such way that reduce the total number of conflicts.This thesis deals with procedure placement using temporal ordering information to reduce instruction cache conflicts
