Recently more attention is being paid to the relationship between infertility treatment with Assisted Reproductive Techniques and the presence of mental disturbances, such as anxiety, depression and sexual dysfunction. In our study we evaluate the influence of psychiatric and sexual disorders on fertility treatment outcomes and the effect of Assisted Reproductive Techniques treatment on the presence of psychiatric and sexual disorders among Egyptian women suffering from unexplained infertility

Unexplained infertility is generally not associated with serious physical morbidity but it has a significant social and psychological impact on the couples.
