This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of applying lean manufacturing on
increasing added value through : lean manufacturing and engineering value and
define both of them to find relationship between them to increase the added value
through through reducing cost.
Clarify the impact of applying lean and value engineering at Toshiba Al Arabi
Company. The study developed a questionnaire to collect data and then analyzed it
using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS,smart-PLS) program. The
results of the study reached the following:
- Accepting the first hypothesis, which states that there is a statistically significant
relationship between lean manufacturing and cost reduction.
- Accepting the second hypothesis, which states that there is a statistically
significant relationship between value engineering and manufacturing cost
reduction.
- Accepting the third hypothesis, which states that there is a statistically significant
effect of applying lean manufacturing and value engineering in reducing
manufacturing costs.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار تأثير تطبيق التصنيع الرشيق على زيادة القيمة المضافة من خلال التصنيع الرشيق وهندسة القيمة وتعريف كلا منهما لإيجاد العلاقة بينهما لزيادة القيمة المضافة من خلال تقليل التكاليف.
كما هدفت إلى توضيح تأثير تطبيق التصنيع الرشيق وهندسة القيمة في شركة توشيبا العربي. قامت الدراسة ، .(SPSS، smart-PLS( البيانات من خلال الاستبيان ثم تحليلها باستخدام برنا مج بجمع
وقد أدت نتائج الدراسة عن ما يلي :
- قبول الفرضية الأولى، التي تنص على وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصنيع الرشيق خفض تكالـيف التصنيــــع.
- قبول الفرضية الثانية، التي تنص على وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين هندسة القيمة خفض تكالـيف التصنيــــع.
- قبول الفرضية الثالثة، التي تنص على وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق التصنيع الرشيق وهندسة القيمة لخفض تكاليف التصنيع.
