Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of phonophoresis and high-power laser therapy on bilateral knees osteoarthritis. Design: prospective randomized control study. Setting: The outpatient clinic of the National Institute of Laser Enhanced Sciences, Cairo University and a private clinic. Methods: Thirty patients from both genders, with their age ranging from 50-65 years that had diagnosed bilateral knees osteoarthritis selected randomized assigned into two equal groups. Conclusion: High- power laser therapy has shown significant results in the reduction of pain, stiffness, improving function and effusion in subjects with bilateral knees osteoarthritis
الهدف من البحث: هو مقارنة تاثير الليزرعالي الشدة و العلاج بالموجات الفوق صوتية لتعزيز امتصاص مادة الكيتوبروفين لتحسين وظيفة مفصل الركبة وتقليلٌ الالم لمرض يعٌانون من خشونة مفصل الركبة المتقدم..
تمت هذة الدراسة في العيادة الخارجية بالمعهد القومي لعلوم الليزر ومركز خاص.واجريت في الفترة ما بين يونيو 2021 وفبراير 2022 حيث تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من كلا الجنسين باعمار 50 الي 65 عاما. النتائج: كان هناك انخفاضا ذو دلالة احصائية في درجات الالم والوظيفة والتورم من خلال التصوير بالموجات فوق الصوتية بفصلي الركبة في كلا المجموعتين ولكن وجد تحسن واضح في المجموعة الاولي في مجموعة العلاج بالليزر عالي الشدة. الاستنتاج :كان العلاج بالليزر عالي الشدة ادي الي مزيد من التحسن في التقليل من درجات الالم والتورم والصعوبة في الحركة في خشونة الركبة المتقدم.
