Patients and methods: Patient informed consent was obtained from 53 young female patients (below 40 years) coming for screening for breast cancer. They were 1st evaluated by Digital mammography using standard craniocaudal (CC) and mediolateral oblique (MLO) views, then by Automated breast ultrasound if their breasts were mammographically dense and both results were compared
