The education sector is considered one of the important sectors in any country; in Egypt, this sector has several problems like methodology, educational tools, educational buildings, teachers' level, students' level (scientific and social), teachers and students ethics, the density of students{u2026} etc. More of researchers have studied these problems and have introduced several solutions, but some of these solutions with very high cost and need to long run, the public education sector cannot sustain this cost, but the private education sector may be able to sustain. This thesis contributes to solve a part of these problems on private education level because it can sustain this cost. The objective of any private firm is an achievement of more profit, this objective may be achieved whether by increasing revenue or by decreasing costs, but decreasing costs need long run and it will not be with high impact because the costs are already very low in Egypt so that increasing of revenue will be a suitable idea. In this thesis, increasing of revenue in a competitive market will be discussed to study the impact of other competitors particularly in a duopoly market as a special case. Games theory is a suitable technique to study the competition so that this technique was used to study the competition between two private schools, and we found a compromised solution that satisfies the parents of students and the owners of schools
