Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc)-Cairo University, 2022. Summary: Purpose: The present study aimed to introduce an accurate, less morbid and less Time-consuming approach that secures the stability of the condylar movement's Range for treating recurrent TMJ dislocations. Methods: Eight patients were included in the study, all selected from the outpatients clinic of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department, Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University. The patient ranged in age from 22 to 30 years, all of them were diagnosed for having chronic recurrent dislocation of the temporomandibular joint, four of which treated by PEEK eminoplasty bilaterally as a study group and the other four treated by inlay eminoplasty with chin graft ; with a total of sixteen joints. Results: The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 1 year, which targeted the Assessment of the maximal incisal mouth opening (MIO). The mean preoperative Maximal incisal mouth opening figured (48.5 mm) vs (33.8 mm) for that recorded postoperatively. One patient reported postoperative slight unilateral pain that was gradually diminished through the first postoperative month. Conclusion: The innovated patient-specific PEEK eminoplasty represents an accurate Alternative for treatment of chronic recurrent TMJ dislocation. Summary: الهدف من هذه الرسالة: تقييم اقصى مسافه بين الاسنان الاماميه باستخدام ترصيع ذاتي (ساندويتش) للربوه المفصليه للفك مقابل زراعة بولي إيثير-إيثر كيتون خاصه بالمريض لمعالجة الخلع المزمن للفك. -أجريت هذه الدراسة على 16 مفصل فكي صدغي مصاب بالخلع المتكرر . تم تقسيم المرضى لمجموعتين متساويين كالتالي: المجموعة الأولى: تضم عدد ثمانيه مفاصل، تم عمل لكل مفصل بناءمعدلللحدبيةالمفصليةالمحددللمريض المحموعة الثانية: تضم عدد ثمانيه مفاصل، تم عمل لكل مفصل رقعيةعظميةراشفةبالطعمالذاتي تم تجميع البيانات الأساسية مثلقياس قصوى افتتاح القواطع، امدى الألم بعد العمليه ، قياس وقت العملية وقياس مدى رضا المريض. - تمت متابعه المريض خلال فتره 6 اشهر حتى عام تحليل النتائج من هذه الدراسة وضح أن من نهاية فترة 12 شهر قد نجحت القياسات في تحقيق معدلات نجاح عالية. كان مستوى تقييم الحد الأقصى للفتح القاطعي منخفض في كلا المجموعتين. أظهر اختيار البناء المعدل للحدبية المفصلية المحدد للمريض بأنه اختيار آمن، وأكثر فعالية في علاج الخلع المزمن للمفصل الفكي الصدغي.
