يعد التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي المتقدم ركيزة أساسية من ركائز التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة، ويمثل عماد إقامة المجتمع المنتج، نظرا لدوره الفاعل في إمداد المؤسسات الصناعية بالعمالة المؤهلة القادرة على استيعاب التطورات المتلاحقة في العالم؛ لذلك فإن خريجي مدارس التعليم الصناعي هم أساس بناء النظام الاقتصادي، وأي نقص في كم ومهارة وكفاءة هؤلاء الخريجين يشكل معوقا خطيرا لعملية التنمية الاقتصادية في الوطن؛ لذا وجب تطوير التعليم الفني الصناعي المتقدم بما يساير الفقرات الصناعية في ميادين الصناعية، وتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحليل المدارس التكنولوجية الصناعية المتقدمة نظام السنوات الخمس في ضوء أهدافها؛ للتعرف على التحديات العالمية التي تواجهها؛ ومعرفة الإطار المفاهيمي للتعليم الفني الصناعي نظام السنوات الخمس، ومعرفة واقع تحقيق أهدافها في مصر دراسة حالة للمدرسة الفنية الصناعية المتقدمة لتكنولوجيا الصيانة، وبناء تصور مقترح لتطوير المدارس التكنولوجية الصناعية المتقدمة نظام السنوات الخمس في مصر في ضوء أهدافها من خلال الآليات المقترحة وأسس ومرتكزات ومجالات تحدد تلك الآليات، وضمان مواجهة المعوقات التي قد تواجه التصور المقترح.

Advanced industrial technical secondary education is a fundamental pillar of sustainable economic development, and represents the foundation of establishing a productive society, due to its effective role in supplying industrial institutions with qualified workers capable of absorbing successive developments in the world; therefore, graduates of industrial education schools are the basis for building the economic system, and any deficiency in the quantity, skill and efficiency of these graduates constitutes a serious obstacle to the process of economic development in the country; therefore, advanced industrial technical education must be developed to keep pace with industrial paragraphs in industrial fields. The current study aims to analyze advanced industrial technology schools with a five-year system in light of their objectives; to identify the global challenges they face; and to identify the conceptual framework of industrial technical education with a five-year system, and to identify the reality of achieving its objectives in Egypt, a case study of the advanced industrial technical school for maintenance technology, and to build a proposed vision for developing advanced industrial technology schools with a five-year system in Egypt in light of their objectives through the proposed mechanisms, foundations, pillars and fields that define those mechanisms and ensure facing the obstacles that may face the proposed vision.
