هدفت الباحثة من خلال إعداد هذه الرِّسالة إلى: دراسة السِّياسة الخارجيَّة الصينيَّة تجاه "إثيوبيا" من خلال تناول مجموعة المحددات الداخليَّة والخارجيَّة المؤثرة في صياغة هذه السِّياسة، وكذلك أهداف وأبعاد السِّياسة الخارجيَّة الصينيَّة من الناحيَّة الاقتصاديَّة والسياسيَّة والعسكريَّة، بالإضافة الى دراسة أدوات تلك السِّياسة من أدوات اقتصاديَّة، وما تشمله من منحٍ وقروضٍ واستثمارات وتبادل تجاري بين الدولتين، ثم الأدوات العسكريَّة من منطلق الاستراتيجيَّة العسكريَّة والعقيدة الدفاعيَّة للصِّين، وأخيرًا الأدوات السياسيَّة الصينيَّة في "إثيوبيا" وما احتوته تلك الحقبة السياسيَّة الإثيوبيَّة من تعاقب فترات الحكم، وتعدُّد الأحزاب السياسيَّة، وتأثير السِّياسة الخارجيَّة الصينيَّة فيها، ومن ثم استنباط آفاق التعاون بين "الصِّين" و"إثيوبيا

In this study, The researcher aimed to study China's foreign policy towards "Ethiopia" by addressing a set of internal and external determinants that influence the formulation of this policy, as well as the goals and dimensions of Chinese foreign policy from an economic, political and military perspective, in addition to studying the tools of that policy from economic tools, and what they include in terms of grants, loans, investments and trade exchange between the two countries, then military tools from the standpoint of China's military strategy and defensive doctrine, and finally Chinese political tools in "Ethiopia" and what that Ethiopian political era contained with regard to successive periods of rule, the multiplicity of political parties, and the influence of Chinese foreign policy on them, and then deducing the prospects for cooperation between "China" and "Ethiopia".
