تناولت هذه الدراسة تعريف وتأصيل الماركتري، ومراحل تطويع وتطوير المواد اللاصقة، وتصنيفها، ودراسة أهم البوليمرات (اللواصق) الحيوية والنصف مخلقة، ونظريات وخصائص وشروط الالتصاق واختيار المواد اللاصقة لاستخدامها في ترميم وصيانة الأثاث الخشبي المطعم بأسلوب الماركتري. ثم دراسات تعديل اللواصق الحيوية لتحسين خصائصها الوظيفية. كما تناولت الدراسة طريقة استخلاص البروتين النباتي المعزول، وتقييم كفاءة بعض اللواصق الطبيعية من البروتينات الحيوانية والنباتية قبل وبعد المزج أو الخلط الفيزيائي والتقادم، من خلال مقارنات قياسات قوة الشد الميكانيكي - الفحص المورفولوجي - التحليل باستخدام FTIR - التحليل الوزني الحراري (Tga)، ثم تم إجراء جانباً عملياً تطبيقياً على نموذج مختار ابتداء من إجراء الفحوص والتحاليل للتشخيص ووضع خطة علاج مناسبة، ثم اختيار أنسب اللواصق وخلطاتها ناتج الدراسات التجريبية لعلاج وصيانة الأثر المختار.

This This study discussed the definition and the origin of Marquetry. Besides assessing, evolving and categories some chosen bio-adhesives used in Marquetry. Add to that studying theories and properties of adhesion. Besides choosing some adhesives in the conservation of wooden furniture with Marquetry inlaid method. Then, the study alters some bio- adhesives to enhance functional characteristics. The study shows as well some methods of extracting isolated botanical proteins and assessing the efficiency of some natural adhesives derived from animal and botanical proteins before and after physical mixing and aging by raising comparative measures for mechanical strength, morphological investigation, analysis with FTIR and thermal weight analysis Tga. Then making a practical application aspect on a chosen model. Starting from applying investigation and analysis, putting a suitable conservation plan then choosing the most suitable adhesives mixtures of the practical studies for the conservation procedures of the chosen model.
