Summary: This study examines the crisis of forced displacement in the State of South Sudan in the period from 2011 after the separation from Sudan until 2020. There is no doubt that the phenomenon of forced displacement is one of the most dynamic and influential phenomena of the present time, where the chances of occurrence and spread are increasing due to the prevailing climate of conflict and war, which provide a fertile environment for, forced displacement. There are many examples of forced displacement and its forms, types and names of its victims which vary between refugees and internally displaced persons, and some of whom are victims of human trafficking. The State of South Sudan is like most African countries that suffered before and after separation, from conflicts, civil wars and famine, resulting in millions and thousands of victims among those killed, forcibly displaced and internally displaced.
