This study included 30 patients and 15 completely normal subjects as a control groupThe patients were divided into 3 groups : congestive splenomegaly , blood and lymph node causes and miscellaneous causes3 - D Doppler Histogram was done with extraction of the following indices : MGV , VI , FI and VFIIt revealed that MGV and FI were statistically significant in patients than the controlThe FI was statistically significant in the congestive splenomegaly groupThe FI was statistically significant in dilated portal vein group
