All participants in both groups (A and B) were assessed pre - and post - treatment through measuring hemoglobin level by blood analysis and scores of total symptoms of anemia by self-administered questionnaire. Results showed that there was a non statistical significant difference of Hb level between both groups (A and B) post-treatment, where the p values was (0.496). Although, the percentage of improvement of Hb level was higher in group A 8.58% than in group B 5.23%
