The deviated nose is a common problem . Correction of this deformity pressents a challenge because frequently a functional as well as aesthetic problem must be addressed . In order to correct deviated nose , a thorough study of different structures that may lead to deviation as bony framework , septum , upper and lower lateral cartilage is mandatory
