a. Aim: This study aims to evaluate the amount of bone gain following ridge augmentation in atrophic anterior maxillary ridges with titanium reinforced polytetraflouroethelene membrane and anorganic bovine bone derived mineral with and without particulated autogenous bone chips. b. Methodology: Twenty patients suffering from atrophic anterior maxillary ridges less than 5mm using mix of anorganic bovine bone derived mineral with particulated autogenous bone chips (ratio 1:1) to an anorganic bovine bone derived mineral alone both covered with Titanium reinforced polytetraflouroethelene membrane. c. Results: Group A has mean 3.2 ± 0.75 without failure cases and 2.15 ± 1.8 with the failed cases, Group B has mean 3.9 ± 0.4 without failure cases and 2.66 ± 2.1 with the failed cases. d. Conclusion: PTFE membranes have a serious problem related to bicompitability of soft tissue. Group B shows superior result radiographically and histologically to group A
