HRCT together with the appropriate clinical evaluation and thorough examination plays and essential role in the evaluation and definite diagnosis of different smoking related lung diseases beside being and easy, non-invasive and a non- time consuming method. So, we can conclude that is highly recommended for the diagnosis and follow up of smoking-related lung diseases and it is considered to be the best diagnostic modality
