To find out the incidence and nature of surgical complications in a particular group of patients and compare it with other published series. This is a retrospective study that included 115 cases of renal transplantation done in king fahd unit, Kasr Elaini hospital, Cairo University during the period from 2009 to 2012. Revision of the files of those patients recording complications, incidence diagnosis, management and outcome of treatment
