The interesting domain of the quantum plasma physies is extended to include the condensed matter systems and its forms in ultra small dimensions, which will give us more deep understanding of the dominated physics. The study of waves and instabilities in quantum plasmas is of fundamental importance for understanding collective response in laser plasma - solid state interactions, in microelectronic and nanostructure semiconductor devices
