520		3	_aSmart home has become not only a term but also a radical solution to wasting energy and resources and a saving tool for countries in general and developing countries in particular. Since smart systems differ from one country to another and from one culture to another, and the financial capacity of each country, there has become a general and basic problem facing the implementation of the idea of the smart home for all countries in general and developing countries in particular. The study aims to reach the protocols for the application of smart technologies for middle-income earners in this thesis through an organized methodology which is a checklist to ensure that the minimum elements of smart applications have been achieved in the home to become under the umbrella of the idea of the smart home.
