520			_aقد عرفت مصر في ظل وجود هذا الاحتلال الروماني ومن قبله اليوناني المجتمعات الطبقية والتي ترتب عليها وجود بعض الظواهر الخاصة بخرق القانون في محاولة لبعض الحالات منها لإنتحال جنسيات وهويات الجماعات التي تتمتع بإمتيازات كبيرة. ومن هذا المنطلق نجد أن دراسة المخالفات والعقوبات في ضوء مقننة الإديوس لوجوس بشكل منفرد ساعد في كشف النقاب عن أهمية دراسة المجتمعات ومدي شيوع المخالفات القانونية بها ودور الدولة في إحتوائها، والواقع أن ذلك كله يرتبط بعلاقة الحكام بالمحكومين وعلاقة المحكومين فيما بينهم، ومن أجل ذلك كان معدل المخالفات مؤشرًا ذات دلالات بينة حول قوة الدولة والإدارة فيها من ضعفها، كما أنها كانت مؤشرًا أكثر وضوحًا عن العلاقات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية السائدة وكذلك ثقافات الشعوب المرتبطة بها. وقد اعتمدت دراسة المخالفات والعقوبات على المصادر المتنوعة المنتمية لتلك الفترة موضوع الدراسة. وتتمثل المصادر في والبـــردي والكتابات الأدبية للمؤرخين الكلاسيكيين. هذا إلى جانب المراجع العربية والأجنبية.
520			_aEgypt was known under the Roman and Greek occupation as class societies, which resulted in some phenomena of breaking the law in an attempt in some cases to impersonate the nationalities and identities of groups that enjoyed great privileges. From this standpoint, we find that studying Irregularities and penalties in light of the Codex of the Idios Logos individually helped to unveil the importance of studying societies, the extent of the prevalence of legal Irregularities in them, and the role of the state in containing them. In fact, all of this is linked to the relationship of the rulers to the ruled and the relationship of the ruled to each other, and for this reason it was the rate of Irregularities is an indicator that has clearer implications for the strength of the state and its administration than its weakness. It is also a clearer indicator of the prevailing social and economic relations as well as the cultures of the peoples associated with it. The study of Irregularities and penalties was based on various sources belonging to that period under study. The sources are papyrus and the literary writings of classical historians. This is in addition to Arabic and foreign references.
