520			_aهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى عينة من المعلمات بالمرحلة الإعدادية بمحافظة الجيزة وبين مستوى التفاعل الاجتماعي بينهن وبين تلاميذهن ، وتكونت عينة المعلمات من (30) معلمة ، في حين تكونت عينة التلاميذ من (600) تلميذ وتلميذة من التلاميذ التي تقوم هؤلاءالمعلمات بالتدريس لهم ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مقياس التوافق الزواجي إعداد : سبينر(Spanier,1974) ترجمة وتعريب (عبدالله سالم الشمراني ،2016) ، مقياس أنماط التفاعل الاجتماعي : إعداد الباحثة ، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين التوافق الزواجي لدى المعلمات وأنماط التفاعل الاجتماعي بين المعلمات والتلاميذ ، كما أن المعلمات الأكثر خبرة أكثر استخدامًا للنمط الديمقراطي من المعلمات الأقل خبرة ، وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة توفير برامج إرشادية زواجية للمعلمات ، وكذلك برنامج لتحسين التفاعل الاجتماعي بينهن بين التلاميذ.
520			_aThis study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the level of marital compatibility among a sample of female teachers in the preparatory stage in Giza Governorate and the level of social interaction between them and their pupils. The teachers sample consisted of ( 30 ) female teacher, while the pupils sample consisted of ( 600) boy and girl of the pupils that these teachers teach them , and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the marital compatibility scale prepared by : spinner (1974 , spanier ) translation ) Abdullah Salem Al- Shamrani, 2016) , social Interaction. Patterns Scale: prepared by the research, and the results concluded that there is a direct relationship between compatibility Marriage among female teachers and patterns of social interaction between female teachers and pupils, and the more experienced female teachers use the democratic pattern more than the less experienced female teachers. The researcher recommended the necessity of providing marital guidance programs for female teachers, as well as a program to improve social interaction between them and the pupils.
