520			_aالحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، وعلى آله وأَصحابه أَجمعين، وبعد: فهذه رسالة ماجستير مقدمة لكلية دار العلوم، قسم الشريعة الإِسلامية بعنوان: "منهج الرَّافِعيّ فى شرح مسند الإِمام الشَّافِعيّ دراسة مقارنة" أَي: مُقارن بشرح أَبى السعادات ابن الأَثير المُتوفى سنة 606هـ المُسَمَّى: (الشَّافِى فى شرح مسند الشَّافِعيّ). وقد اشتملت على مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأَربعة أَبواب، وخاتمة، وفهارس. تناولت فى المقدمة أَهمية الموضوع، وأَسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج الدراسة، وخطتها. واشتمل التمهيد على ثلاثة فصول: التعريف بالإِمام الشَّافِعيّ، ومسنده، والتعريف بالرَّافِعيّ، والتعريف بابن الأَثير. واشتمل الباب الأَول على: منهج الرَّافِعيّ وابن الأَثير في عرض الحديث، وترجمة الرجال، وتعريف المبهم، والمهمل، والغريب من الحديث. واشتمل الباب الثانى على: منهج الرَّافِعيّ وابن الأَثير في عرض الناسخ والمنسوخ، ومختلف الحديث. واشتمل الباب الثالث على: منهج الرَّافِعيّ وابن الأَثير في المرسل والمنقطع، والموقوف، وفقه الحديث. واشتمل الباب الرابع على: مصادر الرَّافِعيّ وابن الأَثير فى شرح مسند الإِمام الشَّافِعيّ، واستدراكاتهما على العلماء. وختمت البحث بأَهم النتائج والتوصيات، ثم ذيلت بالفهارس العامة.
520			_aPraise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon His Messenger , sent as a mercy to the worlds, and upon his family and all of his companions, and then, This is a Master’s thesis presented to the Faculty of Dar Al-Uloom, Islamic Law Department .It is entitled as: “Al-Rafi’i’s approach in explaining the Musnad of Imam Al-Shafi’i, a comparative study,” meaning: compared to the explanation of Abu Al-Sa’adat Ibn Al-Atheer, who died in the year 606 AH, called: (Al-Al-Shafi in the explanation of Imam Al-Shafi’i’s Musnad. It included an introduction, a preface , four sections, a conclusion, and indexes. In the introduction shows the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, previous studies, the methodolgy used in the study and its plan. The preface included three chapters: introduction to Imam Al-Shafi’i, his Musnad, introduction to al-Rifai, and introduction to Ibn al-Athir. The first chapter included: The methodology of Al-Rafi'i and Ibn Al-Athir in presenting hadith, the biographies of narrators, defining ambiguous, neglected, and rare hadiths The second chapter included: The methodology of Al-Rafi’i and Ibn Al-Athir in presenting abrogated and abrogating texts, and various hadiths. The third chapter included: The methodology of Al-Rafi’i and Ibn Al-Athir in the transmitted , disconnected , and suspended narrations, and the understanding of hadith. The fourth chapter included: The sources of Al-Rafi’i and Ibn Al-Athir in explaining the Musnad of Imam Al-Shafi’i, and their corrections on the scholars. The research concluded with the most important findings and recommendations, followed by general indexes.
