520			_aHypermobility is due to congenital deficiencies of the menisco-tibial attachments or to post-traumatic tearing of these attachments and may be age dependent. Regardless of the etiology, these patients can successfully be treated with arthroscopic stabilization. stabilization by arthroscopic repair to the posterior capsule for patients with a symptomatic hypermobile lateral meniscus. all-inside and/or inside-out fixation were used and associated with good outcomes and low recurrence of pain or mechanical symptoms.
520			_aالقرن الخلفي من الغضروف الهلالى الوحشى متحرك نسبيا بالمقارنة مع الغضروف الهلالى الداخلى هذا بسبب تشريحه المميز. الحركة الغير طبيعية المفرطة للقرن الخلفي من الغضروف الهلالى الوحشى بدون تمزق أو قطع واضح يمكن أن يكون سبب للألم المزمن بمفصل الركبة. الأعراض الناتجة من الحركة الغير طبيعية المفرطة للقرن الخلفى للغضروف الهلالى الوحشى تتمثل فى : ألم بالجزء الخارجى لمفصل الركبة. توقف مفاجئ لحركة الركبة. ألم مع الثنى الكامل لمفصل الركبة. من وسائل علاج التحرك المفرط بالقرن الخلفى للغضروف الهلالى الوحشى ، استئصال القرن الخلفى للغضروف الهلالى الوحشى مما قد يؤدى الى حدوث تاكل وخشونة مبكرة بمفصل الركبة. تثبيت القرن الخلفى للغضروف الهلالى الوحشى باستخدام منظار الركبة يقلل من حدوث الالام مع حركة مفصل الركبة ويعيد الغضروف الهلالى الوحشى.
