520			_aهذا البحث يقدم دراسة للعلاقة التفاعلية بين المجتمع والبيئة الحضرية من جهة، ومفهوم جودة الحياة من خلال مؤشراته الرئيسية التي يجب أن تكون متوفرة في المجتمع من جهة أخرى، بالإضافة إلى تحليل المعايير والمؤشرات المتعلقة بالسكان وسلوك الأفراد في هذا المجتمع، فضلاً عن مدى رضا الأفراد عن المنطقة السكنية التي يعيشون فيها. يتم ذلك من خلال دراسة بعض التجارب المحلية والدولية التي تحلل مفهوم جودة الحياة. وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن استنتاج أن مفهوم جودة الحياة له نطاق واسع، يشمل العديد من المؤشرات المختلفة. والعامل الرئيسي الذي يكمن وراء عملية التقييم هو البشر، وأن هناك ترابطًا بين مفهوم جودة الحياة والسياسات التي تتعامل مع مناطق الإسكان غير الرسمي، حيث أن تحسين سياسات الإسكان غير الرسمي يعني تحسين جودة الحياة. وأحد الطرق هو دمج مشاركة المجتمع في تحسين البيئة الحضرية لمساعدة الأشخاص الفقراء الذين لا يستطيعون تلبية احتياجاتهم في السكن. ويتضمن البحث استنتاجات شاملة لجميع العناصر النظرية المدروسة بالإضافة إلى تحليل العناصر المحددة للأطر النظرية، مفهوم جودة الحياة في المناطق السكنية وسياسات التعامل مع مناطق الإسكان غير الرسمي في مصر، وتكوين الإطار النظري النهائي المدمج بين المجالين. كما يشمل نتائج محددة للتجارب المحلية في مناطق معينة، وتحليل دقيق لنتائج الاستبيانات ومقابلات الخبراء، بالإضافة إلى تقديم توصيات شاملة تعكس رؤية للمشكلة البحثية وتطرح اقتراحات لدراسات مستقبلية في نفس مجال البحث.

This is done by studying some local and international experiences that analyze the concept of quality of life. The study resulted in the conclusion that the concept of quality of life has a broad scope, including many different indicators. The main factor behind the evaluation process is people, and there is an interconnection between the concept of quality of life and policies that deal with informal housing areas, as improving informal housing policies means improving the quality of life. One way is to incorporate community participation in improving the urban environment to help poor people who cannot meet their housing needs. The research includes comprehensive conclusions for all the theoretical elements studied in addition to an analysis of the specific elements of the theoretical frameworks, the concept of quality of life in residential areas and policies for dealing with informal housing areas in Egypt, and the formation of the final theoretical framework combined between the two fields. It also includes specific results of local experiences in specific regions, careful analysis of the results of questionnaires and expert interviews, in addition to providing comprehensive recommendations that reflect a vision of the research problem and put forward suggestions for future studies in the same field of research.
