520			_aهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور الابتكار التكنولوجي في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية، حيث تم أستخدام العينة العشوائية البسيطة التى تتمثل فى 169 فرد من مجتمع البحث المستهدف بجميع العاملين في المستويات الإدارية في الشركة محل الدراسة والبالغ عددهم 300 موظف، حيث حصل الباحث على هذا العدد من خلال السجلات الخاصة بالعاملين من إدارة الموارد البشرية، وذلك لمعرفة دور الإبتكار التكنولوجي في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية. أعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في إطار بيان دور الإبتكار التكنولوجي في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية، وتمت صياغة فرضية رئيسية تضمنت ست فرضيات فرعية، واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة لجمع البيانات التي تم تحليلها بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS Version 28). توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان منها وجود ارتباط طردي بين الابتكارالتكنولوجي وتعزيز الميزة التنافسية، حيث أكدت النتائج على وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الميزة التنافسية وتطبيق الابتكار فى المنتجات عند مستوى ثقة 99%، وقد بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط 0.663 وهو ارتباط متوسط، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الميزة التنافسية والابتكار فى العمليات عند مستوى ثقة 99%، وقد بلغت قيمة معامل الأرتباط 0.827 وهو ارتباط قوى .ومن أهم التوصيات بضرورة استمرار دعم الابتكار لكونه الركيزة الأساسية التي تقوم عليها المؤسسات.
520			_aThis study aimed to highlight the role of technological innovation in enhancing competitive advantage. A simple random sample of 169 individuals from the target research community, including all employees at managerial levels in the company under study with a total of 300 employees, was used. The researcher obtained this number from the human resources records to understand the role of technological innovation in enhancing competitive advantage. The researcher adopted a descriptive and analytical approach within the framework of explaining the role of technological innovation in enhancing competitive advantage. A main hypothesis was formulated, consisting of six sub-hypotheses, and the researcher used a questionnaire to collect data, which was analyzed using the statistical software (SPSS Version 28). The study found a set of results, including a direct correlation between technological innovation and enhancing competitive advantage. The results confirmed a statistically significant relationship between competitive advantage and innovation in products at a confidence level of 99%, with a correlation coefficient of 0.663, indicating a moderate correlation. Furthermore, the results showed a statistically significant relationship between competitive advantage and innovation in processes at a confidence level of 99%, with a correlation coefficient of 0.827, indicating a strong correlation. One of the key recommendations is the necessity to continue supporting innovation as the fundamental pillar upon which institutions rely
