520			_aيسود التطبيقات الإخبارية حالة من الغموض حول آلية العمل بها ومن هم القائمون عليها، وكذلك أساليب ربحها والقيم والمعايير المهنية والأخلاقية والقانونية التي تحكمها، وكذلك السياسة التحريرية التي تعمل في إطارها. كما أُثيرت تساؤلات كثيرة نحو مستقبلها المهني ومدى مصداقيتها وقدرتها على إحاطة المستخدمين بما يدور حولهم من أحداث. ومن هنا تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في دراسة العوامل المؤثرة في الأداء المهني للقائمين بالاتصال في التطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية والعالمية، بالتطبيق على مجموعة منها؛ وذلك للتعرف على العوامل التي تؤثر في أداء القائم بالاتصال، وأبرز المشكلات التي يعاني منها. كما تتطرق مشكلة الدراسة إلى السياسة التحريرية التي يعمل في ضوئها القائم بالاتصال بما تتضمنه من قيم مهنية وأخلاقية تحكم عملية جمع ونشر المادة الإخبارية، وكذلك أبرز الضغوط والتحديات التي تواجه أو تحول دون استمرار كفاءة تلك التطبيقات الإخبارية في المستقبل. وهدفت الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى رصد وتوصيف وتحليل الأداء المهني للقائم بالاتصال في التطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية والعالمية، وذلك باستخدام منهج المسح الإعلامي وأداة الاستبيان في مسح العينة المتاحة من القائمين بالاتصال في التطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية والعالمية والتي بلغ عددها 50 مفردة؛ للوقوف على العوامل المؤثرة على أدائهم المهني. وكذلك أسلوب المقارنة المنهجية؛ وذلك للمقارنة بين العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء المهني للقائم بالاتصال في التطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية وغير المصرية، بالإضافة إلى إجراء مقابلات مع السادة مشرفي التطبيقات الإخبارية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن العوامل المؤثرة في الأداء المهني للقائم بالاتصال في التطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية والعالمية تمثلت في الضغوط الاقتصادية في المقام الأول وخاصة في التطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية؛ حيث أفاد 75% من أفراد العينة بأن الضغوط الاقتصادية في التطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية متوسطة، مقابل 26.7% في التطبيقات العالمية، تليها الضغوط الاجتماعية فأفاد 70% من إجمالي حجم العينة أن الضغوط الاجتماعية في التطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية متوسطة، مقابل 53.4% في التطبيقات العالمية، ثم العوامل التكنولوجية فجاء تأثيرها في التطبيقات الإخبارية العالمية مرتفعًا بنسبة 76.7%، مقابل 55% في التطبيقات المصرية، وجاء تدريب القائم بالاتصال من العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء المهني للقائم بالاتصال؛ إذ أفاد 75% من أفراد العينة بالتطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية أنهم يعانون من قلة الدورات التدريبية في التطبيقات الإخبارية، مقابل 56% في التطبيقات العالمية، فيما انخفض تأثير ضغوط السياسة التحريرية والعوامل الإدارية والتنظيمية وبيئة العمل والعوامل الذاتية على الأداء المهني للقائم بالاتصال في التطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية والعالمية. وتوقع القائمون بالاتصال في التطبيقات الإخبارية المصرية والعالمية سيناريو إيجابيًّا يشمل زيادة التطوير والتحول للذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل كامل، وهذا يوضح تفاؤل القائمين بالاتصال بوجود مستقبل مشرق، على عكس ما ذكره الخبراء في مقابلات الدراسة؛ حيث توقعوا السيناريو السلبي خاصة مع المنافسة الشرسة لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، واعتماد الجمهور عليها في الحصول على الأخبار.
520			_aThe news applications are surrounded by a state of ambiguity regarding their working mechanisms, how they manage them, as well as their revenue methods, professional, ethical, and legal standards governing. Additionally, the editorial policy within which they operate raises numerous questions about their professional future, credibility, and their ability to keep users informed about events around them. Research problem addressed in this study was examining the factors influencing the professional performance of communication professionals in Egyptian and international news applications, applied to a selected group of them. The study aims to identify the factors affecting the communication professionals' performance and highlight the challenges they face. It also explores the editorial policy that guides communication professionals, encompassing professional and ethical values governing the process of gathering and publishing news material, along with the pressures and challenges hindering the sustained efficiency of these news applications in the future. The main objective of the study is to monitor, describe, and analyze the professional performance of communication professionals in Egyptian and international news applications. This is achieved using a media methodology and a questionnaire tool to survey a sample of communication professionals in these applications, totaling 50 individuals, to identify the factors influencing their professional performance. The study also employs a comparative method to compare the factors influencing the professional performance of communication professionals in Egyptian and non-Egyptian news applications. Additionally, interviews were conducted with the supervisors of news applications to get more in depth information about these applications. The study concluded that the factors affecting the professional performance of the communicator in Egyptian and international news applications were economic pressures in the first place, especially in Egyptian news applications, as 75% of the sample reported that the economic pressures in Egyptian news applications were moderate, compared to 26.7% in International applications, followed by social pressures. 70% of the total sample size reported that social pressures in Egyptian news applications were moderate, compared to 53.4% in international applications, then technological factors, so their impact in international news applications was high at 76.7% compared to 55% in Egyptian applications. The training of the communicator was one of the factors that affected the professional performance of the contact person, as 75% of the sample members in Egyptian news applications reported that they suffer from a lack of training courses in news applications, compared to 56% in international applications, while the impact of editorial policy pressures and administrative and organizational factors decreased, the work environment, and the subjective factors on the professional performance of the communicator in Egyptian and international news applications. Communication professionals in Egyptian and international news applications anticipate a positive scenario that involves increased development and a complete shift towards artificial intelligence. This illustrates the optimism of communication professionals about a bright future, contrary to the negative scenario predicted by experts in the study, especially considering the fierce competition from social media platforms and the audience's reliance on them for news consumption.
