520			_aاستهدف البحث الحالي تعرف طبيعة العلاقات الاجتماعية بإدارة مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة البحيرة ،يقتصر البحث على البحث الإثنوجرافي معتمدة على الملاحظة والمقابلة مع مدير ووكيل ومعلمي مدرسة أبتوك الابتدائية المشتركة بمحافظة البحيرة، ومقابلة أولياء الأمور، واستغرقت الدراسة الميدانية أسبوعين حيث معايشة مجتمع البحث، وقد تم استخدام منهج البحث إلى علم المجتمع الريفي إلى المنهج النوعي، لأن الطريقة الإثنوجرافية هى أفضل طريقة لفهم الإنسان ودراسة مكان معيشته ، ولذا تم استخدام المنهج الإثنوجرافي نظرًا لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة ، وكانت من أهم نتائج البحث ما يلي: 1- حرص إدارة المدرسة على إقامة العلاقات الطيبة بين جميع العاملين. 2- شكلت القرابة جزءًا محدودًا جدًا بين بعض المعلمين ومدير المدرسة وتكليفهم ببعض المهام الإضافية خلال اليوم الدراسي بدافع الحب والعشم وتحمل العجز في بعض المواد الدراسية. 3- تؤثر العلاقات الاجتماعية بشكل إيجابي على العملية التعليمية وعدم استخدام الجانب القانوني في كل الأمور، وتطبيق الجانب الودي في تعامل المدير مع المعلمين. 4- اتباع إدارة المدرسة نظامًا مُوحدًا لمكافأة وتحفيز جميع العاملين دون مراعاة الفروق الفردية بينهم في الكفاءة والجهد. 5- عدم قدرة معلمي مدرسة أبتوك الابتدائية على تولي منصب مدير المدرسة بسبب كثرة الأعباء والمسئوليات ورفض الآخر بسبب عدم قدرته على إرضاء زملاءه في جميع الأحوال عند توليه هذا المنصب.
520			_aThe current research aimed to identify the nature of social relations in the administration of primary schools in Beheira Governorate. The research is limited to ethnographic research based on observation and interview with the director, deputy director and teachers of Abtouk Primary School in Beheira Governorate, and interviewing parents. The field study took two weeks, during which the research community was lived. The research method was used to study rural society and the qualitative method, because the ethnographic method is the best way to understand people and study their place of living. Therefore, the ethnographic method was used due to its suitability to the nature of the study. The most important results of the research were the following: 1- The school administration is keen to establish good relations between all employees. 2- The kinship formed a very limited part between some teachers and the school principal and they were assigned some additional tasks during the school day out of love, hope and tolerance for the deficit in some academic subjects. 3- Social relations have a positive impact on the educational process and not using the legal aspect in all matters, and applying the friendly aspect in the principal’s dealings with teachers. 4- The school administration follows a unified system to reward and motivate all employees without taking into account individual differences between them in efficiency and effort. 5- The inability of the teachers of Abtok Elementary School to assume the position of school principal due to the many burdens and responsibilities and the rejection of others due to their inability to satisfy their colleagues in all cases when assuming this position.
