520			_aوتنقسم هذه الدراسة إلى فصل تمهيدي وبابين رئيسين الفصل تمهيدي، بعنوان (ماهية سوق الأوراق المالية ومنازعتها ونظام فضها) حيث تناول الباحث في المبحث الأول من هذا الفصل ماهية سوق الأوراق المالية ، أما المبحث الثاني من هذا الفصل فتناول المنازعات الخاصة بسوق الأوراق المالية، وفي المبحث الثالث فقد تناول نظام فض منازعات سوق الأوراق المالية. ثم انتقل الباحث إلى الباب الأول وعنوانه (هيئة التحكيم في مجال سوق الأوراق المالية)، وفيه ثلاثة فصول، الفصل الأول تناول تشكيل هيئة التحكيم وضوابط اختيارها، وتم تقسيمه إلى مبحثين، المبحث الأول تناول تشكيل هيئة التحكيم، أما المبحث الثاني فقد تناول ضوابط اختيار المحكم. أما الفصل الثاني فقد تناول المركز القانوني للمحكم، وفيه مبحثين المبحث الأول التزامات المحكم، والمبحث الثاني حقوق المحكم. وفي الفصل الثالث والذي تناول العوارض التي تطرأ على المحكم، وفيه مبحثين، المبحث الأول انقضاء هيئة التحكيم لسبب يرجع إلى المحكمين ذاتهم، والمبحث الثاني انقضاء هيئة التحكيم لسبب يرجع للخصوم. وانتقل الباحث إلى الباب الثاني وعنوانه (خصومة التحكيم)، وفيه فصلين، الفصل الأول وتناول فيه إجراءات سير التحكيم، وقسمه إلى مبحثين، المبحث الأول تناول احترام المبادئ الأساسية لحق التقاضي، وفي المبحث الثاني تناول الهيكل الإجرائي لخصومة التحكيم وفي الفصل الثاني تناول حكم التحكيم، وتم تقسيمه إلى مبحثيين، المبحث الأول تناول مداولة الحكم وصدوره، وفي المبحث الثاني من هذا الفصل والذي تناول إيداع الحكم وتنفيذه.
520			_aThe Introductory Chapter, entitled (The nature of the stock market, its disputes and its resolution system), where the researcher discussed in the First Section of this chapter the nature of the stock market, while the Second Section of this chapter dealt with disputes specific to the stock market. In the Third Section, he dealt with the system of resolving stock market disputes. Then the researcher moved to the First Part entitled (Arbitration body in the field of the stock market). It contains three chapters, the First Chapter dealt with the formation of the arbitration body and the controls for selecting it. This chapter was divided into two sections, the First Section dealt with the formation of the arbitration body, while the Second Section dealt with the controls for selecting the arbitrator. As for the Second Chapter, it dealt with the legal status of the arbitrator. It contains two sections, the First Section is dealt with the obligations of the arbitrator, while the Second Section is dealing with the rights of the arbitrator. In the Third Chapter, which dealt with the obstacles that arise for the arbitrator. It contains two sections, the First Section is dealt with the expiration of the arbitration panel for a reason attributed to the arbitrators themselves. The Second Section is dealt with the expiration of the arbitration panel for a reason attributed to the opponents. The researcher moved to the Second Part, entitled (Arbitration Dispute). It contains two chapters; the First Chapter dealt with the arbitration procedures. It was divided it into two sections, the First Section dealt with respecting the basic principles of the right to litigation, and in the Second Section dealt with the procedural structure of the arbitration dispute. In the Second Chapter, it dealt with the arbitration award. It was divided into two sections, the First Section dealt with the deliberation of the award and its issuance, while in the Second Section of this chapter, which dealt with the deposit and implementation of the award.
