520		3	_aApplication of single treatment modality of either photobiomodulation (PBM) or melatonin or Nano bone has a positive effect on periodontal regeneration of immunosuppressed rats with periodontitis. using of 650 nm diode laser with 100 mw for one minute for three sessions stimulated periodontal regeneration of immunosuppressed rats with periodontitis .combination of two treatment modalities has more significant effect on periodontal regeneration of immunosuppressed rats with periodontitis than using single modality.combination PBM, melatonin and Nano bone has the best significant effect on periodontal regeneration of immunosuppressed rats with periodontitis through reducing inflammatory action and enhancing periodontal regeneration
520		3	_aفي ظل ظروف الدراسة الحالية يمكن التوصل إلى ما يلي: تطبيق طريقة العلاج الفردية إما التعديل الحيوي الضوئي أو الميلاتونين أو عظم النانو له تأثير إيجابي على تجديد اللثة لدى الفئران المثبطة للمناعة المصابة بالتهاب اللثة. استخدام الجمع بين الثلاث طرق ليزر ديود 650 نانو متر بقدرة 100 ميغاواط والميلاتونين وعظم النانو في تحفيز تجديد اللثة لدى الفئران المثبطة مناعة والمصابة بالتهاب اللثة اثبت أفضل النتائج في العلاج من استخدام كلا منهما منفصلا او الجمع بين اثنين منهم
