520			_aتهدف هذه الدراسة الي معرفة دور الإدارة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية لمؤسسات الصناعات الهندسية وذلك من خلال معرفة مدي تأثير كل ركيزة من الركائز الأربعة للإدارة الاستراتيجية – كمتغيرات مستقلة –تحقيق ميزة تنافسية للمؤسسات الصناعية الهندسية – كمتغير تابع -، وقد أوضحت النتائج وجود أثر موجب ومعنوي لكل ركيزة من ركائز الإدارة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية في المؤسسات الصناعية الهندسية، وقد كشفت الدراسة عن أهمية عملية التحليل البيئي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية باستخدام أدوات التحليل PESTEL الحديثة كأداة فعالة ، كما كشفت عن احتياج المصنع 200 الحربى لمؤشرات أداء واضحة وفعالة لتقييم ومراقبة الاستراتيجية، كما أكدت الدراسة على أهمية عملية صياغة الاستراتيجية في إيجاد ميزة تنافسية في تلك المؤسسات. وتعرضت الدراسة لفهم أكثر عمقا للإدارة الاستراتيجية وكيفية تطبيقها، كما تعرضت أيضا لكيفية إيجاد ميزة تنافسية لمؤسسات الصناعات الهندسية بشكل غير نمطي بما يتلاءم مع طبيعة الدراسة. وانتهت الدراسة الي ان تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية أصبح ضرورة حتمية لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية في مؤسسات الصناعات الهندسة ولاستدامة الصناعات الهندسية لكي يتمكن من اللحاق بالوتيرة المتسارعة للتكنولوجيا بما يخدم المجتمع ويؤصل داخله أسباب التطور والرقي.
520			_aThis study aims to know the role of strategic management in achieving a competitive advantage for engineering industries institutions by knowing the extent of the impact of each of the four pillars of strategic management - as independent variables -in achieving a competitive advantage for engineering industrial institutions - as a dependent variable. The results showed a positive effect. There is a moral significance for each pillar of strategic management in achieving a competitive advantage in industrial engineering institutions. The study revealed the importance of the environmental analysis process in achieving competitive advantage using modern PESTEL analysis tools as an effective tool. It also revealed the Military Factory 200’s need for clear and effective performance indicators to evaluate and monitor the strategy. The study also emphasized the importance of the strategy formulation process in creating a competitive advantage in these in stitutions. The study presented a more in-depth understanding of strategic management and how to apply it. It also presented how to create a competitive advantage for engineering industries institutions in an atypical way that is consistent with the nature of the study. The study concluded that the application of strategic management has become an inevitable necessity to achieve a competitive advantage in engineering industries institutions and to sustain the engineering industries in order to be able to catch up with the accelerating pace of technology in a way that serves society and establishes within it the causes of development and advancement.
