520			_aتتناول هذه الرسالة "أثر المتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية على العلاقات الأمريكية- السعودية خلال إدارة اوباما 2009- 2016"، وقد سعت من خلال تحليل التطور التاريخي لطبيعة وحدود العلاقة بين البلدين وخصوصاً بعد احداث سبتمبر/ أيلول 2001، من أجل الوقوف على أهم المؤثرات في طبيعة العلاقة خلال فترة الدراسة، وتوضيح أهم المتغيرات التي تشكل الثقل الأكبر في توجيه السياسة الأمريكية تجاه المملكة العربية السعودية، وبيان مدى المرونة والتعقيدات في طبيعة تلك السياسة نتيجةً للأزمات الاقليمية والدولية التي تؤثر في علاقتها مع المملكة العربية السعودية، وللتحقق من الإجابة على التساؤلات الرئيسة والفرعية للدراسة والتي تركز على حدود أثر المتغيرات وأكثرها تركيزاً على العلاقات الثنائية، بينت الدراسة بأن المتغيرات الدولية أكثرها تركيزاً لإنها تعد من مرتكزات الاستراتيجية الامريكية وتنطلق منها تجاه المملكة العربية السعودية وتفهم الأخيرة لها، وتعدها سبباً رئيساً في التفاهم والتماسك والتأثير بهذه العلاقة من خلال المصلحة القومية والاعتماد المتبادل، والمنطلق في مواجهة الازمات والتحديات التي تؤثر على طبيعة المصلحة البينية الواقعية، وكذلك تساهم تلك المتغيرات في خلق حالة من التفاعلات التي تدعم بناء رؤية مستقبلية لطبيعة تلك العلاقات ومعرفة الوقوف على أهم التحديات التي تواجهها في المستقبل حتى مع تغير توجهات السياسة الأمريكية بصفتها الفاعل المؤثر بحكم الأدوات التي يملكها في عملية التأثير.
520			_aThis Thesis deals with "the impact of regional and international changes on US-Saudi relations during the Obama administration 2009- 2016", which sought through analyzing the historical development of the nature and boundaries of the relationship between the two countries, especially after the events of September 2001, in order to identify the most important influences in the nature of the relationship during the study period, and to clarify the most important variables that constitute the greatest weight in directing the US policy towards the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to indicate the extent of flexibility and complexity in the nature of that policy as a result of regional and international crises affecting its relationship with the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to verify the answer to the main and subsidiary questions of the study, which focus on the limits of the impact of variables, the most focused on bilateral relations, the study showed that the most focused international Because it is considered one of the pillars of the American strategy and proceeds from it towards the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the latter understands it, and considers it a major reason for understanding, cohesion and influencing this relationship through national interest and mutual dependence, and the starting point in facing crises and challenges that affect the nature of the Real Inter-interest, as well as those variables contribute to creating a state of interactions that support building a future vision of the nature of those relations and knowledge of the most important challenges faced in the future even with the change of directions of American policy as an influential actor by virtue of the tools he has in the process of influence.
