520			_aهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تناول العلاقة الإشكالية بين الأدب والسياسة كمجال بيني لدراسة العلوم السياسية، لا سيما في ضوء التطورات الحادثة في حقل النظرية السياسية والتي أشارت إلى أهمية الاستفادة من "التوجه نحو السرد"، وتبلور في ضوئها مفهوم "الأدب كنظرية سياسية الذي صكته أستاذة العلوم السياسية الأمريكية موريين وايتبروك. دارت مُعضلة البحث حول قُدرة الأدب على مُقاومة السُلطة السياسية في عصور الاضهاد وانغلاق المجال السياسي أمام الكُتاب للتعبير عن آرائهم بصورة مُباشرة. وقد وقع اختيار الباحث على الأديب الكبير توفيق الحكيم كحالة للدراسة، لأسباب مُتعددة من بينها أنه عاصر مرحلتين مُتباينتين من تاريخ مِصر المُعاصر: الملكية والجمهورية، وتفاعل أدبه معهما بصورة لافتة. وقد أوضحت الدراسة كيف أن اختلاف السياق السياسي دفع الحكيم لابتكار عدد من استراتيجيات الكتابة بين السُطور بلُغة الفيلسوف الألماني ليو شتراوس، منها كثافة الرمزية، وتهريب المعاني على لسان شخصيات هامشية، واللجوء إلى حقب تاريخية غابرة، وذلك من أجل نقد مُسلمات النظام السياسي، وإيديولوجيته، ورموزه. وقد خلُص الباحث أيضًا إلى أن ذلك التوجه الحكيمي يتماشى مع فلسفة التعادلية التي صاغها وجسدت عُمق رؤيته الكونية للعلاقة النموذجية بين المثقف والسُلطة.
520			_aThe aim of this study is to address the problematic relationship between literature and politics as an interdisciplinary field for the study of political science, especially in light of the recent developments in political theory, which confirmed the importance of the "Narrative Turn", and in light of which the concept of "literature as a political theory" was coined by the American professor of political science, Maureen Whitebrook. In this context, the research dilemma revolved around the ability of literature to resist political authority in times of persecution and the closed political sphere and how the context of oppression forces writers to express their opinions indirectly. The researcher chose the great writer Tawfiq al-Hakim as a case study, for several reasons, including that he witnessed two different stages of contemporary Egyptian history: the monarchy and the republic, and his literature interacted heavily with them. The study showed how the changes in the level of political freedom in Egyptian politics after 1952 prompted al-Hakim to invent several strategies for writing between the lines, as developed by the German philosopher Leo Strauss, including the usage of symbolism, expressing esoteric meanings through the tongues of marginal figures, and resorting to historical eras, in order to criticize the assumptions, Ideologies, and main symbols of Nasser's political system. The researcher also concluded that Al-hakims approach to political authority was in line with the philosophy of Equilibrium that he formulated and embodied the depth of his worldview concerning the ideal relationship between the intellectual and the authority.
