520		3	_aThirty post abdominal surgeries patients (cholecystectomy, colectomy and splenectomy), their ages ranged from 25 to 55 years, selected from the surgery departments of Kasr-El-Aini and Om-Al-Misrieen hospital (Ministry of Health), and randomly distributed into two equal groups (20 males and 10 females) each one had 15 patients. Group A: included 15 post abdominal surgeries patients who received the true PEMFT in addition to the nursing and medical care (administration of the prescribed medications) daily from the first postoperative day for six days as a total period of treatment. Group B: included 15 post abdominal surgeries patients who received the placebo PEMFT in addition to the nursing and medical care (administration of the prescribed medications) daily from the first postoperative day for six days as a total period of treatment. Outcomes: Pain assessment by visual analogue scale (VAS) and total leukocytes count (TLC) assessment by Coulter hematology analyzer were taken in both groups prior to treatment and after 6 days from the beginning of the study. It can be concluded that true PEMFT is more effective in decreasing pain and leukocytes count after abdominal surgeries and enhancing Post-operative ileus (POI).
520		3	_aالغرض من الدراسة الحالية تتبع التغيرات التي تطرأ علي مستوى مقياس التشبيه البصرى والعدد الكلى لكرات الدم البيضاء لمرضى الشلل المعوى فيما بعد جراحات البطن بعد تلقيهم العلاج بالمجال الكهرومغناطيسى النابض. استغرقت الدراسة 6 أيام متتالية حيث اشترك فيها 3۰ مريضا من مرضى الشلل المعوى فيما بعد جراحات البطن من كلا الجنسين (20 رجال / 10 نساء) تم اختيارهم من أقسام الجراحة بالقصر العينى بمستشفيات جامعة القاهرة و مستشفى أم المصريين بوزارة الصحة تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 25 - 55 عاما وتم تقسيمهم عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين متساويتين فى العدد، المجموعة الأولى تكونت من 15 مريضا ممن تلقوا العلاج بالمجال الكهرومغناطيسى النابض الحقيقى وكذلك برنامج العلاج التمريضى والدوائى (مرة واحدة يوميا لمدة 6 أيام متتالية) والمجموعة الثانية تكونت من 15 مريضا ممن تلقوا العلاج بالمجال الكهرومغناطيسى النابض الكاذب وكذلك برنامج العلاج التمريضى والدوائى (مرة واحدة يوميا لمدة 6 أيام متتالية). تم التقييم عن طريق القياس بمقياس التشبيه البصرى والعدد الكلى لكرات الدم البيضاء عن طريق محلل كاوتر للهيماتولوجى قبل بدء الدراسة وبعد 6 أيام من بداية الجلسات. لقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كلا المجموعتين حيث ظهر أن هناك انخفاض فى مستوى الألم وكذلك العدد الكلى لكرات الدم البيضاء ولكن كانت الأفضلية لصالح المجموعة العلاجية الأولى عند مقارنة نتائج المجموعتين معا. يمكن الاستنتاج من ذلك أن العلاج بالمجال الكهرومغناطيسى النابض الحقيقى كان مؤثرا فى تحسين الشلل المعوى عن طريق انخفاض فى مستوى الألم وكذلك العدد الكلى لكرات الدم البيضاء.
